Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee the daily activities of the butler team, assigning tasks, providing guidance, and ensuring high standards.
  • •Serve as the primary point of contact for VIP guests, understanding preferences and delivering attentive service.
  • •Coordinate guest room and suite preparation, including cleaning, stocking amenities, and customizing before arrival.
  • •Oversee valet services such as luggage handling, garment pressing, shoe shining, and other personalized support.
  • •Handle special requests and arrangements, manage amenities inventory, ensure compliance with service protocols and confidentiality, and resolve guest complaints.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years of working experience, including 3 years of relevant experience.
  • •Strong experience in traditional butler duties such as valet services and personalized guest assistance.
