Key Responsibilities

  • •Own event workstreams across Snowflake-hosted events (e.g., World Tour, Summit activations, executive roundtables, customer dinners, partner events) from planning through onsite delivery and wrap-up.
  • •Manage registration and RSVP tracking, including reporting attendance clearly to event stakeholders.
  • •Deliver third-party conference presence by owning sponsorship deliverables and managing organizer and internal-team deadlines.
  • •Coordinate booth build/exhibitor logistics and speaker/session requirements, including rehearsals, materials, and onsite execution.
  • •Manage budgets, purchase orders/invoices, track spend vs forecast, protect data integrity for post-event reporting, and contribute debriefs/recommendations.

Key Requirements

  • •3–5 years of experience in events, field marketing, or a closely related high-growth environment (agency experience welcome).
  • •Proven experience owning event workstreams independently through onsite delivery.
  • •Experience with B2B trade shows, conferences, or owned events, ideally in technology or a fast-moving industry.
  • •Strong organizational/project-management skills with clear prioritization across multiple urgent tasks.
  • •Comfort with ambiguity and data-driven event performance tracking (attendance, conversion, lead volume/quality, and spend).
