Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the end-to-end RFP lifecycle from intake and assignment through SME coordination, quality assurance, and submission.
  • •Coordinate with SMEs and stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Legal, etc.) to produce accurate, tailored RFP responses.
  • •Maintain a library of standard, up-to-date RFP responses in Claude and reusable content (case studies, reporting samples) in Confluence.
  • •Lead end-to-end implementations for new payer and channel partners, owning project plan, timeline, risk management, and stakeholder communication across concurrent launches.
  • •Translate contractual scope into configured, launched product by partnering with Sales, Client Success, Care Advocacy, Product, and Data teams.

Key Requirements
