Key Responsibilities

  • •Implement and sign off complex SoC and GPU subsystems across advanced process technologies.
  • •Collaborate with global front-end design and physical design teams on large-scale ASIC physical implementation.
  • •Drive physical design for deep sub-micron GPU chips, including block-level/full-chip floorplanning, timing closure, place&route, and physical verification.
  • •Own multiple physical design aspects and provide technical leadership to the engineering team.
  • •Ensure on-time project delivery and accountable execution of critical deliverables.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CNY 302,750 - 432,500 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Solid working experience in physical design, including floorplanning, place & route, timing, and physical verification (PV), plus clock and other back-end skills.
  • •Familiarity with EDA tools from Synopsys, Mentor, and Cadence.
  • •Strong understanding of ASIC physical implementation and timing closure/signoff methodologies.
  • •Good programming/scripting skills to support physical design workflows.
  • •Ability to lead projects and collaborate effectively as part of a team across different sites/time zones.
