Key Responsibilities

  • •Design structural systems for mining and industrial facilities that ensure safety and long-term operational reliability.
  • •Deliver detailed engineering packages from conceptual design to stamped IFC deliverables.
  • •Coordinate design with mechanical, electrical, process, and geotechnical teams for seamless project delivery.
  • •Perform structural assessments and site investigations to guide retrofit or rehabilitation strategies.
  • •Provide design leadership, mentor junior engineers, and support client meetings and field reviews.

Key Requirements

  • •P.Eng. in Ontario or eligible to licensure in Ontario
  • •6+ years of hands-on experience designing concrete and steel structures for Canadian industrial facilities, with Thunder Bay project experience

  • •Experience conducting field reviews, site investigations, and structural condition assessments in active industrial settings
