Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver client solutions by listening for financial wellness opportunities and providing tailored recommendations; refer appropriate investment and insurance products.
  • •Consistently achieve individual activity, behavior, and outcome goals and expectations.
  • •Open and support personal and business accounts (consumer checking, small business, deposit products, home equity, unsecured lending, and certificates of deposit).
  • •Build a client referral pipeline through prospecting, identifying centers of influence, documenting calling efforts, and partnering with internal teams and line of business partners.
  • •Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures; support branch operations and assist with teller transactions as needed; participate in morning huddles/end-of-day debriefs and work Saturdays as directed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 25 - 38.46 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience (required).
  • •Experience developing customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources in insurance and investment products (required).
  • •Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques (tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, networking) (required).
  • •Ability to build rapport quickly and use fact-finding questions to be helpful (required).
  • •FINRA S6, FINRA S63, FINRA Security Industry Essentials (SIE), and Life/Accident/Health Insurance licenses (required).
