Job Function: Real Estate & Property Management

Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the operational P&L by ensuring real estate transactions are accurately recorded, reconciled, and reported.
  • •Validate transaction documentation and calculate and verify deal-related financials, including commissions and other payment components.
  • •Coordinate with real estate developers to track payment milestones, resolve discrepancies, and ensure timely collection and completion.
  • •Manage the weekly commission payment cycle with Finance to ensure agents are paid accurately and on schedule.
  • •Lead AML compliance processes, act as the primary operations point of contact for payment-related matters, and improve processes, controls, and reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to collaborate across teams and external partners.
  • •Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets, including formulas, pivot tables, lookups, data validation, and reporting.
  • •Excellent organizational and prioritization skills to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
  • •Analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail for financial data, calculations, and accuracy.
  • •Experience in operations, finance, payments, commissions, or real estate transaction management; AML/KYC knowledge is an advantage.
