Key Responsibilities

•Manage the fraud investigation function for secured and unsecured lending, primarily related to the WPB business, following Group & INM policies and guidance from SVP FC Investigations.
•Ensure compliance with investigation guidelines and procedures for secured/unsecured lending; conduct regular audits of areas to ensure comprehensive Financial Crime coverage.
•Strengthen rapport with law enforcement agencies and coordinate on police filings and follow-up on court matters as needed.
•Oversee knowledge and experience expectations, including understanding of fraud risk functions, banking processes, and market practices; guide teams accordingly.
•Identify emerging fraud trends and activate countermeasures through proactive strategy implementation, including completing AML and Sanctions training as required.

Key Requirements

•Graduate from University with 6 years of professional experience including minimum 3 years in banking/NBFC and 2 years in Fraud Risk Management.
•Proficient with MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
•In-depth understanding of the Fraud Risk Function, banking processes, customer acquisition, and market practices.
•Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills; ability to work with staff across all levels of the organization.
•Willingness to complete Anti-Money Laundering and Sanctions training and post-course assessment.
