Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare schedules, cash flow statement, notes to accounts, accounting policy, and financial statements for statutory audit.
  • •Prepare tax audit annexures (including Form 3 CD) and perform tax computation, MAT, and deferred tax working.
  • •Independently lead statutory and tax audits for private limited companies, including transfer pricing audit and GST audit.
  • •Prepare and maintain Internal Financial Control documents and support IFC management testing.
  • •Manage audit planning and execution: audit plan/strategy, work allocation, weekly updates to Team Lead, and reconciliation of fixed assets and critical accounts as per IND AS and US GAAP.
