Join the Ads Measurement Signal and Privacy (MSP) team to help build end-to-end security, governance, and privacy-enhancing infrastructure for TikTok’s ads measurement. You’ll design and implement scalable front-end and platform components for signal integration, data collection, and quality, collaborate with product, data science, UX, and compliance, and explore measurement/privacy technologies such as Web/App tracking and SKAN/SKAN-related approaches.

Key Responsibilities

•Build products for signal integration, management, and insights using both in-house solutions and third-party data partner integrations.
•Design, build, and maintain scalable, future-proof technical foundations for data collection and data quality.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, data scientists, UX, compliance) to continuously improve measurement.
•Lead and manage development of products and processes to respond to urgent business needs.
•Identify, explore, and implement cutting-edge measurement technologies.

Key Requirements

•Currently pursuing an Undergraduate/Master in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related technical discipline.
•Strong knowledge of data structures and algorithms and proficiency in at least one coding language (Go, JavaScript, Java, or C++).
•Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work under pressure and take strong ownership.
•Curiosity toward new technologies and solutions, with outstanding ability to analyze and solve problems.
•Working experience in the ad domain and familiarity with measurement technologies such as Web/App tracking, SKAN, PCM, MMP, and Privacy Sandbox.
