Key Responsibilities

•Act as strategic partner to corporate leaders in Argentina and Cone Sul operations, supporting organizational decisions, structure, workforce planning and talent priorities aligned with business goals.
•Lead end-to-end talent acquisition processes including job descriptions, recruiting strategy, interviews, selection, offer, onboarding and coordinating onboarding experience to ensure quality and cultural alignment.
•Implement and monitor key lifecycle processes including development, performance management, succession planning, training, engagement, well-being, diversity and internal communications for a consistent, high-impact employee experience.
•Manage personnel administration, compensation and benefits, vendor relationships and support audits or internal requests, ensuring operational accuracy, confidentiality, service levels and policy compliance.
•Ensure compliance with applicable labor, social security and payroll regulations, coordinating with Payroll and external consultants as needed and anticipating regulatory changes and internal policy updates.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Administration, Psychology or related fields.
•5-10 years of experience in generalist HR roles with increasing level of responsibility.
•Experience partnering with internal clients and leaders on talent management, organizational development, employee relations and change management.
•Strong knowledge of Argentine labor law and ability to interpret its impact on the operation.
•Advanced Excel and PowerPoint, HRIS (preferably SAP / SuccessFactors) and data/reporting tools; English advanced and Spanish intermediate (Portuguese not explicitly stated).
