Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end Splunk Enterprise Security deployments for enterprise customers, from day-one installation through a fully tuned production-ready platform.
  • •Design and build security detection content including correlation searches, risk-based alerting, and adaptive response actions.
  • •Onboard and normalize data sources from firewalls, EDR tools, identity systems, and cloud platforms using Splunk Add-ons and CIM.
  • •Wire up automated response workflows in Splunk SOAR and collaborate with customer SOC teams to deliver working solutions.
  • •Contribute to pre-sales scoping, write documentation and runbooks, and apply compliance frameworks (PCI-DSS, ISO 27001, GDPR, NIST CSF) inside Splunk ES.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree plus 5 years of experience, or Master’s plus 3 years, or PhD or equivalent hands-on experience.
  • •2+ years of hands-on experience in security platform delivery or SIEM/SOAR operations, SOC operations/security monitoring, incident response, or NOC/network security monitoring workflows.
  • •Hands-on experience with XDR platform administration or operations (e.g., CrowdStrike Falcon, Microsoft Defender XDR, Palo Alto Cortex XDR, SentinelOne) or security data onboarding/log source integration.
  • •Practical scripting/automation skills (Python preferred) and comfort working with REST APIs.
  • •Fluent English with clear communication skills for customer technical teams, managing expectations and delivery on track.
