Key Responsibilities

  • •Administer and design network security solutions to support secure operations.
  • •Perform advanced network troubleshooting related to web connectivity and core protocols.
  • •Implement and support network security tooling across firewalls, content filtering, and IDS/IPS platforms.
  • •Support integration with authentication protocols such as LDAP and Active Directory (including SSO-related components).
  • •Provide customer support and apply ITIL best practices while managing operations duties and assisting team optimization.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of network troubleshooting experience and at least 8 years of network security administration and design experience.
  • •Hands-on experience with network security products such as firewalls (Palo Alto, Cisco ASA, Firepower, cloud firewalls), content filtering (BlueCoat, Forcepoint), and IDS/IPS (Cisco Sourcefire, McAfee, Tipping Point, Snort).
  • •Strong working knowledge of Cisco Firepower ASA and FTD.
  • •Mid-level networking troubleshooting skills across web connectivity and protocols including WCCP, PAC files, TCP/IP, HTTP, HTTPS, SSL, FTP, Telnet, and SSH.
  • •At least two mid-level network security certifications from vendors such as Palo Alto, Cisco, cloud, BlueCoat, or SourceFire (e.g., CCNP, JNCIs), plus a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience).
