Job Summary

Join a team responsible for network security administration and design in Guanajuato. Key Responsibilities

•Administer and design network security solutions to support secure operations.
•Perform advanced network troubleshooting related to web connectivity and core protocols.
•Implement and support network security tooling across firewalls, content filtering, and IDS/IPS platforms.
•Support integration with authentication protocols such as LDAP and Active Directory (including SSO-related components).
•Provide customer support and apply ITIL best practices while managing operations duties and assisting team optimization.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of network troubleshooting experience and at least 8 years of network security administration and design experience.
•Hands-on experience with network security products such as firewalls (Palo Alto, Cisco ASA, Firepower, cloud firewalls), content filtering (BlueCoat, Forcepoint), and IDS/IPS (Cisco Sourcefire, McAfee, Tipping Point, Snort).
•Strong working knowledge of Cisco Firepower ASA and FTD.
•Mid-level networking troubleshooting skills across web connectivity and protocols including WCCP, PAC files, TCP/IP, HTTP, HTTPS, SSL, FTP, Telnet, and SSH.
•At least two mid-level network security certifications from vendors such as Palo Alto, Cisco, cloud, BlueCoat, or SourceFire (e.g., CCNP, JNCIs), plus a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience).
