Key Responsibilities

  • •Create, manage, and report labour spend and forecast; analyze labour spend on hours, currency, and sales per hour and recommend solutions.
  • •Improve labour forecast models to optimize hours allocation and labour budgets.
  • •Partner with field leaders and finance to develop payroll plans and maximize store productivity.
  • •Maintain workforce management configurations, labour standards, schedules, and reporting tools within KRONOS, ensuring data integrity through audits of schedules, timecards, pay rules, and labour metrics.
  • •Own calculation, validation, and reporting of retail bonus schemes; develop automated reporting solutions to improve data visibility for leadership and field teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong analytical skills to interpret data, analyze trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • •Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, Power Query, data modeling, and reporting automation.
  • •Proficiency in KRONOS (workforce management solutions); Power BI is an advantage.
  • •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
  • •A strategic mindset focused on innovation and continuous improvement.
