Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead BIM and Digital Delivery across major rail projects.
  • •Develop and implement BIM standards, workflows, and best practices.
  • •Lead model coordination, federation, design integration, and digital collaboration.
  • •Create and implement BIM Execution Plans (BEPs), Information Requirements, Information Delivery Plans, and related digital delivery documentation.
  • •Drive effective use of common data environments (including ProjectWise and Autodesk Construction Cloud) and mentor BIM professionals.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience leading BIM and Digital Delivery within rail, transportation, or infrastructure projects.
  • •Strong understanding of BIM implementation, model coordination, digital workflows, and common data environments (CDEs).
  • •Working knowledge of BS EN ISO 19650 and industry best practice.
  • •Experience using tools including OpenBuildings, OpenRail, MicroStation, Revit, Navisworks, ProjectWise, and Autodesk Construction Cloud.
  • •HNC/HND, degree, or equivalent qualification in a relevant discipline; professional accreditation desirable.
