Financial Relationship Banker - Northside - Ann Arbor, MI

Serve consumer and business customers from a branch setting by building and growing lasting financial relationships. You’ll proactively identify customers’ goals, recommend deposit, loan, and other banking products, and resolve customer issues. The role also includes educating customers on using online, mobile, and ATM banking, maintaining product and policy knowledge, and following operational, security, risk, and regulatory requirements.
