Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate with design and PMCS teams and local authorities to support complex design projects in Qatar.
  • •Ensure design deliverables are reviewed against authority requirements and that documents are complete before submission.
  • •Relay authorities’ comments and requested changes to design/support teams to incorporate into subsequent design submittals.
  • •Submit design deliverables to obtain No Objection Certificates (NOCs), approvals, and permits in a timely manner.
  • •Resolve critical discrepancies with authorities and support design changes during construction to obtain necessary approvals.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Architecture.
  • •8–10 years of industry experience in Architecture, Engineering and Planning, including roles securing design approvals from local/regional authorities.
  • •Experience with engineering consultants and strong coordination/communication with local authorities.
  • •In-depth knowledge of Qatar engineering standards, codes, local authorities’ regulations/processes/codes/guidelines for Buildings and Infrastructure projects.
  • •Proficiency in spoken and written English and Arabic; holding MMUP/UPDA certification.
