Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate project activities, schedules, budgets, and deliverables to support successful execution across transportation and municipal infrastructure projects.
  • •Assist project managers with planning, monitoring, and reporting for municipal infrastructure, water resources, and construction projects.
  • •Prepare project documentation including meeting minutes, progress reports, change logs, and action item tracking.
  • •Support client communications and stakeholder coordination, maintaining professional relationships.
  • •Monitor project performance across budgets, schedules, resource requirements, and risks, and support project administrative activities including reporting, billing coordination, change management, and procurement support.

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma, degree, or equivalent education and experience in Business Administration, Engineering Technology, Project Management, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
  • •1–3 years of experience supporting infrastructure, municipal, construction, water resources, or consulting engineering projects.
  • •Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • •Understanding of project controls, scheduling, budgeting, and document management principles.
