Senior Field Sales Representative for NextGear in Northern New Jersey. Key Responsibilities

•Educate customers on NextGear Capital products including inventory financing (floorplan) and ancillary products/services.
•Develop an aggressive sales plan within a defined market and build a prospect list through cold calling, lead follow-up, and referrals.
•Conduct cold calls weekly to solicit new relationships and follow up on leads with urgency.
•Increase loan volume and utilization through service calls to existing customers; re-engage inactive dealers to drive utilization of credit lines.
•Collaborate with NextGear Capital Portfolio Managers and maintain relationships with auction General Managers to exceed budgets and drive new business in the dealer lifecycle.

Travel: Medium travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 59,000 - 88,400 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and 4 years’ experience in a related field
•4+ years outside sales experience (5+ years preferred)
•Valid driver’s license
•Sales/portfolio management experience
•Familiarity with Microsoft SalesForce or similar CRM
