Key Responsibilities

  • •Collect and analyze finished-goods costing across seasonal milestones (e.g., DP1, DP2, Market, Production).
  • •Analyze BOM, process costs, material prices, yields, labor, overhead, and logistics assumptions to ensure cost accuracy.
  • •Maintain costing databases, standard assumptions, and cost models for consistency and audit readiness.
  • •Collaborate with shoe factory service providers to gather cost breakdowns, clarify assumptions, validate yields/tooling, and resolve discrepancies.
  • •Support margin analysis with scenario modeling; communicate costing risks, impacts, and recommendations, and meet seasonal calendar deadlines.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
  • •3+ years’ experience in footwear product costing.
  • •Strong analytical and numerical skills to interpret complex cost data.
  • •Solid understanding of product construction, materials, manufacturing processes, and cost structures.
  • •Excellent Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, modeling) with clear written and verbal communication.
