Key Responsibilities

  • •Bridge efforts between the Cafe and Branch Action Management team and the Financial Oversight, Reporting, & Controls Execution team to support Retail Banks’ Market Experience Transformation.
  • •Execute strategic project plans to deliver outcomes while adhering to regulatory and compliance requirements.
  • •Identify, manage, and escalate risks and issues; address complex upstream and downstream project impacts.
  • •Manage financial and real estate operations including journal entries, capital project financial closeout documentation, and third-party PO creation.
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional teams and partners; provide clear status updates and translate technical/financial information into actionable items.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 87,700 - 110,100 annually

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
  • •At least 1 year of project management, process management, relationship management, or risk management experience.
  • •At least 1 year using Google Workspace (Google Docs, Slides, Sheets, etc.).
  • •Preferred: Bachelor’s degree or military experience.
  • •Preferred: 3+ years of project or process management, including 3+ years of 3rd-party vendor management; 1+ year of accounting or finance experience.
