Machine Learning Engineer - Agentic Retrieval

Design and build scalable retrieval and reasoning systems for Zoom’s AI Companion. Own the multi-tenant, permission-aware Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines that power agentic search and answer generation across meetings, chat, docs, and enterprise apps. Work on hybrid retrieval (vector + keyword with reranking), relevance modeling and evaluation, indexing pipelines, and entity/NLP extraction, partnering with product, infrastructure, and applied research teams to ship production-grade capabilities.
