Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and build ML workflows for training, large-scale evaluation, batch prediction, and experimentation.
  • •Develop ML infrastructure and developer tooling, automating recurring processes and improving CI/CD and model build flows.
  • •Operate and improve production ML services, strengthening monitoring, observability, reliability, and performance.
  • •Deploy and operate ML workloads on Kubernetes and cloud infrastructure, including GPU-based training, evaluation, and inference.
  • •Contribute to an LLM platform including self-hosted model serving, LLM gateways, internal SDKs, evaluation/observability infrastructure, and model-provider integrations.

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years of experience in ML engineering, software engineering, backend engineering, or a similar hands-on engineering role.
  • •B.Sc. in Computer Science/Software Engineering (or equivalent practical experience).
  • •Strong Python and software engineering skills for maintainable, production-quality systems.
  • •Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Docker for deploying, debugging, and operating production workloads.
  • •Experience with cloud environments such as AWS, GCP, or Azure and with ML infrastructure across training, evaluation, serving, or production inference.
