Key Responsibilities

  • •Complete full heat pump system installs from start to finish, including removing existing gas furnaces and air conditioning equipment and cleaning the space.
  • •Execute refrigerant recovery, system evacuation, and proper charging with care and precision.
  • •Prep spaces after equipment removal so the new install starts correctly.
  • •Read blueprints and wiring diagrams to execute installs accurately and troubleshoot confidently.
  • •Deliver a standout customer experience by answering questions, addressing concerns, and maintaining quality through early issue detection.

Key Requirements

  • •Solid hands-on residential HVAC install experience, including working in attics, crawlspaces, and tight or physically demanding environments.
  • •HVACR licence (required).
  • •EPA Section 608 Certification (required or actively in progress).

  • •Working knowledge of local building codes and compliance, with strong refrigerant recovery/evacuation/charging skills.
