Key Responsibilities

•Set front-end technical strategy across Account Experience teams, including architecture and component-system decisions and hands-on implementation.
•Own the architecture of a complex, data-dense merchant platform—the patterns, state management, and performance characteristics as the surface area grows.
•Shape Primer AI Companion as a first-class merchant interface with thoughtful front-end architecture.
•Maintain coherence of the user experience across Account Setup, Monitors, Workflows, and Auditing by building shared components and design-system foundations.
•Lead engineers across teams through code reviews and mentorship to raise the front-end bar and promote best practices.

•Proven ability to mentor engineers, lead across teams without direct authority, and perform codereviews that raise the overall front-end bar.
