Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead project meetings and coordinate cross-functional activities, tracking deliverables and providing status updates to leadership and external stakeholders.
  • •Ensure project hours are entered accurately and submitted on time; reconcile labour records with project budgets, invoices, funding claims, and internal systems.
  • •Prepare monthly client reports and invoice documentation, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, approvals, and compliance with contractual requirements.
  • •Coordinate government contract documentation, reporting, claims, and application support; maintain a master reporting calendar for audit-ready information.
  • •Administer Monday.com (boards, dashboards, templates, automations, permissions, workflows, and reporting views), establish standards, train users, monitor data quality, and improve adoption across teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or diploma in engineering, business, operations, finance, project management, or a related field, with at least four years of relevant project, program, operations, or technical-administration experience.
  • •Strong experience with project coordination, formal reporting, spreadsheets, invoicing, timekeeping, documentation, and handling confidential information.
  • •Excellent attention to detail and coordination with multi-disciplinary teams, including comfort with meeting tight deadlines.
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication skills to summarize relevant metrics to leadership.
  • •Eligibility for Government of Canada security clearance (reliability status level minimum).
