Key Responsibilities

  • •Own all Retail Selection program initiatives and projects to speed selection addition and conversion.
  • •Set, track, and own selection goals across MENA, including business metrics and success indicators.
  • •Partner with leaders across business, support, and technical teams to develop selection initiatives.
  • •Identify selection growth opportunities and build the programs and required processes to realize them.
  • •Analyze data to identify root drivers of problems and trends, and implement scalable solutions with recommendations and action plans.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of program or project management experience, driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership.
  • •3+ years of process improvement experience.
  • •Experience managing stakeholders across multiple levels of an organization.
  • •Experience building processes, project management plans, and schedules.
  • •Bachelor’s degree and advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) plus SQL knowledge.
