Job Summary

Supervise a manufacturing operations team, leading RTPR meetings and coordinating daily activities to meet policy deployment objectives. Monitor cell performance across productivity, schedule, cost, quality, safety compliance, and customer satisfaction. Lead real-time problem resolution, drive improvements in operating procedures, and support Lean manufacturing and company values. Work on the 2nd shift (3:00pm–11:00pm) and flex to the 1st shift as needed, with potential travel to U.S. sites for transition and ramp-up support.

Key Responsibilities

•Supervise a team of support and/or production-level or hourly/direct employees in Manufacturing Operations.
•Lead RTPR meetings and monitor/coordinate manufacturing team activities to achieve policy deployment objectives.
•Monitor cell performance including productivity, production schedule, cost, quality, safety compliance, and customer satisfaction goals.
•Resolve real-time operational problems and determine improvements to operating procedures or objectives.
•Flex between 1st (6:00am–3:00pm) and 2nd (3:00pm–11:00pm) shift as operational requirements dictate, and support U.S. site travel for transition and ramp-up activities.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, Aerospace) or related field.
•2 to 3 years as a Team Leader or in a similar role with demonstrated leadership experience via people management and coordinating team activities.
•Ability to communicate in English at a 70% level for meetings and professional interactions.
•Intermediate Excel skills, including reporting, data analysis, pivot tables, formulas, and database management.
•Experience in manufacturing operations leadership through mentoring, coaching, training, and achieving organizational objectives.
