Key Requirements

  • •8-10+ years of product/UX design experience, with 2-4+ years leading and developing product designers.
  • •Proven success leading design for high-traffic consumer digital products across responsive web and native iOS/Android mobile at scale.
  • •Experience operating across multiple directions (up, down, and across) while engaging executive stakeholders with clarity.
  • •Ability to manage complex resourcing and delivery cadences across concurrent workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
