Job Summary

Support distributors, dealers, and contractors through day-to-day customer relations as a product specialist. Deliver product merchandising, demonstrations, and training, maintain display standards, and provide samples and marketing materials. Work with the Regional Sales Manager and develop a territory coverage plan, while using Salesforce to document activities. This remote role requires you to live in Houston and includes occasional work outside normal hours and up to 50% travel.

Key Responsibilities

•Act as a product specialist for demonstrations and training.
•Support the Regional Sales Manager with merchandising at sales locations and maintaining display standards.
•Develop a territory coverage plan with support from the RSM Lead and team.
•Use Salesforce to register and note all activities (training provided).
•Travel to support the sales team, including occasional overnight travel and occasional work outside normal business hours.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent education with strong direct customer service/sales abilities and people skills.
•Spanish and/or Portuguese bilingual preferred.
•Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; able to lift 50 lbs for long periods.
•Computer literate, especially MS Office suite, order tracking software, and email.
•Willingness for up to 50% travel, including occasional overnight travel by car and/or plane.
