Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist in implementing and delivering professional building consultancy advice, including contract administration and dilapidations instructions, and other building surveying advice.
  • •Assist with managing client and project teams to deliver building surveying instructions successfully.
  • •Work with colleagues and departments to grow relationships and business opportunities.
  • •Support consultancy and contract administration tasks, including schedules of dilapidations, planned preventative maintenance (PPM) schedules, and building surveys for investment and occupational purposes.
  • •Provide defect analysis and commercial advice to clients, comply with Turner & Townsend policies and quality management procedures, and contribute to team business objectives.
Travel: Medium travel

  • •Support delivery of projects in a lead consultant, contract administrator, and employer’s agent capacity.
  • •Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with professional and knowledgeable client-facing presence.
  • •Ability to work effectively as part of a team and within a multi-disciplinary team to deliver projects.
  • •Good appreciation of building surveying matters and the basics of the local and wider property market and Turner & Townsend’s services.
