Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage documentation efficiently using the EMR and AI documentation tools.
  • •Participate in regular (paid) case consultations and clinical leadership meetings.

Key Requirements

  • •Active, independent clinical license (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent).
  • •Licensed in Connecticut.
  • •Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.
  • •Experience working with older adults or geriatric populations (preferred).
  • •Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records, with Medicare billing experience a plus.
