Assistant Manager - Production & Governance

Own daily, weekly, and monthly production planning to deliver the annual production plan through resource optimization. Monitor line output and implement productivity improvements, capacity utilization, and cost-effective, high-quality, on-time production. Manage resources and materials by balancing demand vs capacity, tracking low-stock items, and optimizing labor and capital. Lead and develop executives and supervisors, drive EHS/quality conformance, and initiate corrective and preventive actions. Maintain production data in SAP.
