Job Summary

Design, implement, and maintain the company’s network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, wireless devices, and VoIP. Manage IP/VLAN configurations, build automation scripts, and proactively identify and resolve LAN/WAN issues before end users are impacted. Perform network upgrades and migrations during the maintenance window, validate firmware releases, maintain detailed documentation, and support new branch network implementations.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage, configure, and distribute IP/VLAN configurations.
•Design and implement network devices and supporting security services like firewalls and intrusion prevention systems.
•Maintain and manage existing VoIP and data LAN/WAN networks.
•Create and maintain automation scripts to improve solution delivery time.
•Perform network migrations and upgrades during the 11pm–4am maintenance window, including testing and validation of new hardware/firmware.

Key Requirements

•Associate’s degree in Networking Technology (or related field) or qualifying experience.
•At least 2 years of experience in network communications or telecommunications.

•CCNA, CCNP, Security+ (or other networking certifications) is a plus.
