Key Responsibilities

•Designs and oversees health plan design decisions, including plan structures, networks, deductibles, copays, coinsurance, and employer/employee contribution splits across medical, dental, and vision plans.
•Evaluates and recommends new benefits based on utilization data, cost modeling, employee demand, and market benchmarks (e.g., GLP-1 drug coverage, fertility, student loan repayment, caregiver support).
•Develops and implements a holistic wellbeing strategy across physical, mental, and social pillars, including programs like fitness, preventive care, EAP, and ERG support.
•Manages vendor and broker relationships, renewal strategy, market analysis, RFP scope, and potential shift toward self-funded medical plans.
•Owns benefits administration platform (Workday Benefits), including OE/configuration, data feeds, integrations with HRIS and payroll, and ensuring data integrity and timely reporting.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 200,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Experience designing and managing US employee benefits programs including medical, dental, and vision plans, with knowledge of ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, COBRA, FMLA, and 1094/1095 reporting.
