Quota-carrying, full-cycle sales professional responsible for driving new customer acquisition, expansion, and retention across a defined book of commercial accounts under 100 seats. Own territory planning, pipeline creation and deal execution, sell with and through channel partners, collaborate with renewal specialists, and maintain forecast accuracy in a fast-paced, high-volume environment in Canada.

Key Responsibilities

•Own a defined commercial territory with accountability for new logo acquisition, expansion and cross sell, retention and renewal growth, in partnership with a renewal specialist.
•Sell with and through partners as the primary route to market, applying co-sell motions and aligning early with partners on deal ownership.
•Conduct discovery conversations to uncover customer needs, urgency, and value drivers using provided frameworks and apply MEDDPICC/BANT for qualification.
•Communicate value to technical and business buyers and drive deals to close with defined next steps and mutual action plans.
•Build and maintain a healthy pipeline aligned to quota, use Salesforce and Clari for forecasting, and keep CRM clean to enable faster execution.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 70,700 - 117,600 annually

Key Requirements

•2+ years of experience in a quota-carrying or adjacent B2B sales role.
•Experience owning opportunities end-to-end with guidance and feedback.
•Familiarity with structured sales methodology and willingness to apply it consistently.
•Exposure to high-velocity commercial sales environments preferred.
•Experience working with partners, resellers, or indirect sales motions.
