Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide site support and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures with minimal supervision, including day-to-day IT ownership for site(s) and customer experience.
  • •Deliver end-user computing and mobility support: deploy/configure hardware and productivity software, assist with mobile device setup, and provide onsite/remote support using BeyondTrust.
  • •Troubleshoot and support network infrastructure across LAN/WAN (including SD-WAN), network security, segmentation, and support network security operations technologies for secure site connectivity.
  • •Provide smart-hands support in server rooms: monitor environments, install/troubleshoot servers and virtual machines, and support UPS systems while following safety protocols.
  • •Follow ITSM processes in ServiceNow (asset, change, incident, request, problem, and project management), maintain technical documentation, and perform annual IT disaster recovery planning walkthroughs and refreshes.

Salary: USD 84,000 - 123,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Associate degree plus 3 years IT experience, or high school diploma plus 5 years IT experience.
  • •Must be a U.S. person within the meaning of ITAR (U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, political asylee, or refugee).
  • •Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future.
  • •Must be within a 50-mile radius of Omaha or Bellevue, Nebraska (active-duty military exempt).
  • •Intermediate technical knowledge of MS Windows and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, Outlook), plus IT service management concepts (asset, incident, request, problem, change).
