Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform system analysis and troubleshooting, assessing performance and capacity and recommending improvements.
  • •Testing inefficiencies and fragilities and writing software or infrastructure fixes with both code and IaC.
  • •Design and work with engineering/SRE teams to build automation and self-service tools.
  • •Leverage data analysis, network diagnostics, and debugging tools to characterize performance and capacity of distributed systems.
  • •Investigate platform performance proactively, track platform KPIs, and collaborate on escalations and incident resolution for customers.

Key Requirements

  • •Relevant experience and knowledge in Computer Science or another quantitative discipline.
  • •Experience developing solutions in Python, Bash, or other languages.
  • •Experience with internet protocols such as DNS, HTTP, and TCP.
  • •Experience working with and analyzing complex systems in Linux, VM, and Kubernetes production environments.
  • •Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate technical information clearly.
