Job Summary

Lead the planning, execution, governance, and continuous improvement of Akamai India’s CSR portfolio. Manage multiple complex projects and guide multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-impact programs aligned to the organization’s CSR strategy across education, inclusion, community development, and water. Own governance and compliance processes, design monitoring and evaluation frameworks, build partnerships across governments and NGOs, and create impact storytelling assets that strengthen internal engagement.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and implement high-level strategies to advance Akamai CSR objectives across education, inclusion, community development, and water.
•Establish and maintain governance structures and processes for transparency, accountability, and compliance with India regulatory requirements.
•Oversee policies, procedures, and guidelines governing CSR operations and activities.
•Design and implement monitoring and evaluation frameworks to measure impact and effectiveness of CSR initiatives.
•Cultivate strategic partnerships with governments, NGOs, corporations, social enterprises, academia, and community-based organizations.

Key Requirements

•Master’s degree in Social Work, Development Studies, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
•Minimum 7–8 years of experience in CSR program management with a track record of delivering measurable social impact.
•Strong understanding of education, inclusion, community development, and water sectors.
•Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including stakeholder management across diverse internal and external partners.
•Ability to translate vision into action, manage multiple priorities, and drive cross-functional collaboration.
