Job Summary

Lead the Stablecoin Product team within Commercial & Money Movement, shaping the long-term strategy and customer propositions for stablecoin-enabled solutions. Own the Web3/stablecoin innovation roadmap and backlog, run discovery initiatives, and develop executive-ready market and feasibility recommendations. Design proofs of concepts, guide experimentation from ideation to validation, and track innovation outcomes through scaled transitions, co-design workstreams, and partner ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and own the CMS Web3/stablecoin innovation roadmap and backlog.
•Identify and lead discovery initiatives across CMS and shape use cases through research and relationships with customers, sales, and industry partners.
•Produce executive-friendly summaries and recommendations covering market opportunities, commercial models, revenue sizing, technical flows, and feasibility within a build/partner framework.
•Design proofs of concepts with success criteria and delivery plans, and guide early-stage product experimentation from ideation through validation.
•Track and deliver innovation outcomes, including POC launches, patent filings, and engagement funnel growth; evaluate performance and manage transitions to domain experts for scaled execution.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of relevant work experience with a bachelor’s degree, or 2+ years with an advanced degree; or 0 years with a PhD.
•5+ years of experience in product management, payments, fintech, or related fields.
•Experience with B2B payments, stablecoins, digital assets, blockchain, or money movement infrastructure.
•Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional product development from 0 to 1, defining requirements and bringing new capabilities to market.
•Proven track record leading go-to-market execution across regions and partner ecosystems.
