Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute short- to mid-term departmental plans and contribute to annual business plans aligned with strategic and financial objectives.
  • •Manage direct reports by setting annual objectives, mentoring/coaching, and providing feedback to improve performance and career progression.
  • •Oversee immigration and government documentation processes, including resident permits, drivers’ licenses, visas, CID procedures, and timely renewals to avoid fines.
  • •Monitor and report KPIs, support budget preparation and financial performance tracking, and identify issues requiring corrective or mitigating actions.
  • •Develop and communicate government relations policies and ensure HR teams are informed of risks/statuses, maintaining employee files and reference numbers in correspondence.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 8 years of working experience, including 5 years of relevant experience, with 2 years of GCC experience as a plus.
  • •In-depth knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and government policies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • •Strong communication and advocacy skills to represent the organization’s interests to government agencies and policymakers.
  • •Proficiency in research and analysis to identify legislative and regulatory trends and assess impacts on HR practices and policies.
  • •ERP knowledge, preferably SAP functional HR skills.
