Key Responsibilities

  • •Facilitate day-to-day activities and ensure materials (video, audio, subtitles, closed caption files) are delivered per client requests and contractual obligations.
  • •Review contracts and client orders to fulfill SPE obligations regarding distribution of materials.
  • •Maintain servicing activity in SPE tracking system to track status of client deliveries across allocated territories.
  • •Supervise coordinators and directly manage servicing activity through direct reports for allocated territories.
  • •Communicate daily with third-party vendors and internal manufacturing departments to support operations.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 92,000 - 97,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •3 to 5 years of Film and/or TV sales servicing experience and managing a team.
  • •BA/BS degree or higher.
  • •Knowledge of material distribution and sales servicing for TV/PPV/VOD markets, video/audio/subtitle elements, and digital delivery.
  • •Proficiency with general computer applications such as Xytech and Microsoft Office; excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • •Ability to make decisions with limited supervision, organize data from multiple sources, prioritize, and collaborate across groups.
