Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

•Facilitate day-to-day activities and ensure materials (video, audio, subtitles, closed caption files) are delivered per client requests and contractual obligations.
•Review contracts and client orders to fulfill SPE obligations regarding distribution of materials.
•Maintain servicing activity in SPE tracking system to track status of client deliveries across allocated territories.
•Supervise coordinators and directly manage servicing activity through direct reports for allocated territories.
•Communicate daily with third-party vendors and internal manufacturing departments to support operations.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 92,000 - 97,000 annually

Key Requirements

•3 to 5 years of Film and/or TV sales servicing experience and managing a team.
•BA/BS degree or higher.
•Knowledge of material distribution and sales servicing for TV/PPV/VOD markets, video/audio/subtitle elements, and digital delivery.
•Proficiency with general computer applications such as Xytech and Microsoft Office; excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
•Ability to make decisions with limited supervision, organize data from multiple sources, prioritize, and collaborate across groups.
