Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide cost management at project level including cost monitoring, forecasting and reporting to completion in line with budget
  • •Pro-actively monitor cost variance and contract cash flow; ensure applications are made correctly and in a timely manner
  • •Collaborate with client and contractor teams to manage deliverables, KPIs, and objectives including programme performance, cost control and value engineering
  • •Manage contract changes to ensure governance and adoption of best practice
  • •Drive improvements in forecast and budget accuracy

Key Requirements

  • •Ideally Degree qualified (or equivalent) in a relevant subject
  • •Ideally hold or be working towards an appropriate professional body membership or equivalent
  • •Contract Management (NEC3, Option C or NEC 4 preferred)
  • •Suitably qualified & experienced operating at Cost Management level
  • •Ability to administer a variety of contracts in accordance with project objectives and policies
