Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead schools through onboarding, transition, and improvement periods within the GSM portfolio.
  • •Conduct rapid diagnostic reviews and develop/deliver measurable school improvement plans.
  • •Ensure successful adoption of GSM standards, frameworks, and systems across teaching, learning, safeguarding, and student achievement.
  • •Support quality assurance and performance management through monitoring visits and data analysis.
  • •Act as interim senior leadership capacity when required and engage stakeholders (owners, governing bodies, ministries/regulators, external partners) with clear reporting and recommendations.
Travel: Extensive travel

Key Requirements

  • •Substantial senior leadership experience in high-performing schools (e.g., Principal, Head of School, Executive Principal, Vice Principal or equivalent).
  • •Proven track record leading measurable school improvement and turnaround/transformation.
  • •Experience with inspection preparation and school accreditation.
  • •Strong understanding of curriculum, assessment, and teaching and learning.
  • •Experience leading teams through change and managing multiple priorities and complex stakeholder relationships.
