Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead CCR analysis and delivery across regulatory programmes, translating regulatory intent into implementable requirements and reporting outcomes.
  • •Own end-to-end BA artefacts to bank standards, including FRS/TRD/design notes, LDM, JIRA epics/features/stories, process flows, lineage and impact assessments.
  • •Partner with Risk, Finance, Regulatory Reporting and Technology to align methodology, assumptions, controls and data requirements for CCR calculations and downstream use.
  • •Define and manage functional/domain requirements across multiple delivery pods to ensure consistency, traceability and appropriate local flexibility.
  • •Own testing and governance: define BA-led testing approach, coordinate UAT and go-live readiness, and manage delivery reporting, RAID/dependencies and decision logs.

Key Requirements

  • •Hands-on CCR domain expertise in a reputed bank, including CCR RWA, CVA, leverage ratio, exposure measures, and related lineage/reconciliations.
  • •Strong understanding of the regulatory landscape and ability to interpret evolving requirements and supervisory expectations for Basel III/CCR programmes.
  • •Proven BA capability producing high-quality artefacts such as FRS, TRD, LDM, JIRA stories with acceptance criteria, process maps, data dictionaries, and controls documentation.
  • •Demonstrated ability to maintain traceability from regulation → requirement → build → test → sign-off across multiple pods/squads.
  • •Testing and UAT capability including writing functional/data/control test scenarios, executing UAT, triaging defects, and managing business sign-offs.
