Key Responsibilities

  • •Own architecture, technical direction, and engineering standards for the platform and its microservices.
  • •Define service boundaries and document API contracts, data flows, integration patterns, and key technical decisions.
  • •Lead AI-enabled architecture design, including tool calling, system instructions, context management, and integration with LLM-based services.
  • •Serve as Release Manager for the multi-service release train, coordinating release readiness and change control.
  • •Stay hands-on with the codebase: design, implement, review, debug, and contribute to critical-path features and production fixes.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 150,000 - 190,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • •10+ years of professional software engineering experience building and maintaining production applications.
  • •5+ years designing and owning production application architecture, including leading technical execution as a software architect/technical lead/senior technical owner.
  • •Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
  • •Strong hands-on coding in at least one object-oriented, strongly typed language (Java, C#, TypeScript, Go, or Kotlin) and experience building web front ends, backend APIs, and integration layers.
