Key Responsibilities

•Maintain the Bank’s liquidity reserve position and clearing balance for all managed currencies.
•Execute trades with external counterparties in money market instruments (fixed term deposits, repos, short-term government bills, FX swaps).
•Monitor and react to deposit flows to prudently manage the balance sheet.
•Assist in managing the longer-dated HQLA securities portfolio (Supranational, Sovereign, Agency, covered bonds, ABS).
•Liaise with Central Banks and Global Counterparty Credit to diversify investable universe and optimize opportunities.

Key Requirements

•Proven experience in market operations trading.
•Strong understanding of markets and market activity.
•Ability to explain complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
•Knowledge of Central Bank monetary policy, interest rates, FX and credit markets.
