Job Summary

Provide continuity of care for patients by delivering high-quality general medical services, including acute/chronic illness treatment, preventive care, and patient education. Conduct physical exams, review medical history, order tests, interpret results, and prescribe medications or lifestyle changes. Manage emergencies with basic life support and defibrillation, maintain accurate patient records, and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams while ensuring compliance with applicable regulations, HSE, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform duties under the direction of the Medical Director/CMO and provide adequate, high-quality patient care.
•Assess patients with physical exams and medical history reviews; order additional tests and recommend treatment or specialist referral.
•Provide confidential consultations and initial medical care, anticipating and responding to wellness-related questions and concerns.
•Prescribe appropriate medications and lifestyle alterations; refer patients for urgent or specialized treatment when needed.
•Ensure safe environments, demonstrate commitment to CME, oversee professional and ethical conduct, and maintain compliance with laws, regulations, HSE, and quality management standards.

Key Requirements

•5+ years post-graduate experience, including 2 years in a government or semi-government facility.
•Minimum 1 year of experience in GCC (preferred).
•Strong knowledge of general medicine and advanced GP practice skills.
•Ability to work long hours, often under pressure.
•High self-organization and strong communication, relationship, and engagement skills.
