Job Summary

Provide front-line customer service to policyholders, beneficiaries, agents, and internal customers by handling product inquiries and service issues via chat and email. Log and process incoming requests in a CRM, identify customer needs, and route/escalate questions to the right teams. Maintain knowledge of insurance products and processes, collaborate to proactively resolve issues, and support onboarding by coordinating training and mentoring.

Key Responsibilities

•Assist customers with product inquiries and service issues in a swift, friendly, and professional manner via chat/email.
•Provide outstanding customer service and ensure customer satisfaction while meeting service standards.
•Process and log incoming chats/emails into the CRM system, identify needs, and escalate/forward inquiries to relevant stakeholders.
•Maintain solid working knowledge of insurance industry products, services, and team processes.
•Coordinate training and mentoring for new team members while maintaining confidentiality of information.

Key Requirements

•2+ years’ experience in chat support with regularly scheduled shifts.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
•Proficient computer skills using Windows applications and ability to learn new software tools.
•Attention to detail with strong accuracy/accountability in a professional setting.
•Typing speed of 35 wpm and availability for complete night shifts (Mon–Sat, 6:00 PM–4:00 AM IST).
