Key Responsibilities

  • •Support appliance hardware project execution through milestone tracking, issue follow-up, schedule coordination, sample readiness tracking, and cross-functional communication.
  • •Assist with project operational activities including hardware documentation follow-up, sample allocation, project status tracking, and coordination for NPI/EVT/DVT/PVT/MP as required.
  • •Coordinate with external vendors and service partners (OEM/ODM, logistics partners, and regional stakeholders) to ensure timely follow-up and operational closure.
  • •Support appliance procurement activities including PO tracking, execution follow-up, and related documentation, with understanding of component/specification basics.
  • •Prepare status summaries, risk tracking, action item lists, and management-ready reports; improve efficiency using automation workflows, Excel templates, dashboards, and process documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Industrial Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
  • •Experience or internship exposure in hardware operations, supply chain, procurement, service operations, project coordination, or vendor management (preferred).
  • •Strong ownership mindset with structured follow-up capability and strong detail orientation to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • •Demonstrated problem-solving skills.
  • •Openness to adopting AI-assisted tools to improve efficiency and accuracy.
