Job Summary

Support appliance-related operational processes across project execution, procurement, service operations, supplier coordination, and process automation. Initially focus on structured execution and operational follow-up—tracking milestones, handling issue and schedule coordination, managing documentation and sample readiness, and assisting with NPI/EVT/DVT/PVT/MP coordination. Prepare management-ready reporting and improve efficiency using AI-assisted tools, automation workflows, Excel templates, and dashboards.

Key Responsibilities

•Support appliance hardware project execution through milestone tracking, issue follow-up, schedule coordination, sample readiness tracking, and cross-functional communication.
•Assist with project operational activities including hardware documentation follow-up, sample allocation, project status tracking, and coordination for NPI/EVT/DVT/PVT/MP as required.
•Coordinate with external vendors and service partners (OEM/ODM, logistics partners, and regional stakeholders) to ensure timely follow-up and operational closure.
•Support appliance procurement activities including PO tracking, execution follow-up, and related documentation, with understanding of component/specification basics.
•Prepare status summaries, risk tracking, action item lists, and management-ready reports; improve efficiency using automation workflows, Excel templates, dashboards, and process documentation.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Industrial Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
•Experience or internship exposure in hardware operations, supply chain, procurement, service operations, project coordination, or vendor management (preferred).
•Strong ownership mindset with structured follow-up capability and strong detail orientation to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
•Demonstrated problem-solving skills.
•Openness to adopting AI-assisted tools to improve efficiency and accuracy.
